Nocturne.
A nightfall brand film for a flagship speaker — shot on location, extended into an infinite set of on-brand cutdowns with a model trained on the hero footage.
We shot Nocturne over two nights — one in the city, one in the studio — capturing the speaker the way light actually falls on it. Then we trained a model on the hero footage so the brand could keep generating new scenes in the same grade, long after the crew wrapped.
The brief
Lumen wanted a launch film with the weight of a short film, plus the volume of assets a modern launch demands: verticals, bumpers, and dozens of channel cuts — all looking like they came off the same set.
What we did
- Directed and shot the hero film on location and on a controlled stage.
- Built a look — grade, grain, motion — and locked it as a reference.
- Fine-tuned a model on the captured footage so generated shots matched the plate.
- Delivered the master plus a library of on-brand cutdowns for every channel.
Outcome
One shoot, one consistent world, and an asset library the team can keep drawing from — without re-booking a crew every quarter.
